Materials and Applications



Materials and Applications is an artist-led, non-profit organization that is one of the most important and influential sites of contemporary visual art and social inquiry in Los Angeles at the intersection of art and public space. M&A is a research center dedicated to pushing new and underused ideas for landscape and architecture into view.

The funding will help to support the organization's tenth anniversary programming including Edmund Kwong's Project, S'more, the Urban Acupuncture Workgroup, and the continuing workshop series, Matter App.
