Pitzer Art Galleries, Pitzer College September 29 – December
9, 2011 Pitzer Art Galleries exists to provide visually arresting and memorable exhibitions for diverse audiences, students, and artists that promote the value and understanding of contemporary art within a local, national and international context. Funding awarded for the catalogue and announcement cards for the mixed-media exhibition “Synthetic Ritual,” in which Los Angeles and international artists examine the idea of ritual and superstition in modern life. Scheduled for September – December 2011.
