The Surrealist Holiday Party was held at the beautiful home of Katie High on Friday, January 23rd. And honestly, if Salvador Dali hosted a cocktail party in Pasadena, this might have been it! Guests arrived dressed to impress, while surrealist imagery was projected across the front of the house. It felt dreamy, theatrical, and just slightly unhinged in the best possible way. (Did we mention the inflated moon and penguins poolside?) We served giant pans of paella, enough Gin Rickeys to make everyone believe they, too, were artists. (Did we mention guests took up “smoking” for the evening?) Or at the least surrealists by the end of the evening.
