ArtCenter College Of Design
Established in 1930, ArtCenter College of Design is a global leader in art and design education. ArtCenter’s visionary approach is based on the college’s conservatory-like method of teaching and learning, a desire for rich intercultural and transdisciplinary dialogue, and a mandate to provide students innovative learning and creative spaces.
Funding will support undergraduate visual art scholarships and the exhibition (Stray Dog) Hydrophobia, consisting of film, kinetic installations, and sculptures by interdisciplinary artists Patty Chang and David Kelley. The show will address challenges to ocean climate science and will examine deep sea mining’s disruption of life on the ocean floor. March 2025 – February 2026
