The Benton Art Museum at Pomona College serves as museum and gallery, overseeing the college’s permanent art collections and mounting a variety of temporary contemporary exhibitions during the academic year. The museum originates innovative art experiences that foster creative and critical thinking.

The PAA grant will support the exhibition Sound and Vision, a site-specific installation featuring the signature bell sculptures of contemporary artist Davina Semo. Works will be installed in multiple interior and exterior galleries and the related yet distinct experiences of these installations will chart an itinerary around the museum parallel to the recursive experiences associated with bells. The installation will be on view August 21, 2026 through January 4, 2027.
